FABRIC ORDERS
All fabric orders have a 3 to 5 working day production period and delivery lead time.
It is important to note that our products are mostly hand printed and that irregularities may occur. Slight colour variations in base fabric as well as print colour may occur and that a 5% colour variation is acceptable and within industry standard.
Colours seen on screen are not always accurate as all screens are not colour calibrated. If you are uncertain of a colour, rather contact us and discuss the option of having a strike printed before proceeding with a bulk order. Contact sales@designteamfabrics.co.za
Full payment of all orders is required before production will commence and must be done via Credit Card.
If a fabric is out of stock you will be notified via mail and advised of the earliest delivery.
We ship with The Courier Guy for deliveries within South Africa and operate on a standard delivery lead time of 3-5 working days for regional areas and 5-7 working days for outlying areas.
Shipping costs for South Africa will automatically be calculated at the check-out point.
We give our International clients the option of shipping with Aramex or EMS for their orders. If you are outside of South Africa we will provide you with a quote for Shipping to your area. We operate on a standard delivery lead time of 5-7 working days for international orders which is added onto the fabric production time of 7 to 10 working days.
PRODUCTS sold to RETAIL CUSTOMERS
Full payment of all orders is required before dispatch and must be done via Credit Card.
We ship with Aramex for deliveries within South Africa and operate on a standard delivery lead time of 3-5 working days for regional areas and 5-7 working days for outlying areas.
We give our International clients the option of shipping with Aramex or EMS for their orders. If you are outside of South Africa we will provide you with a quote for Shipping in your area. Delivery times may vary on international deliveries.
PRODUCTS ordered by TRADE CUSTOMERS

ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
Customers may modify their order up to 24 hours after having placed / submitted their order.
Any requests to cancel / modify an order beyond that grace period will not be accepted.
