Return Policy
You have 7 working days days to return an item from the date you received it if the item is not what you have ordered or has a quality issue.
Shipping options
Goods are shipped within 4-7 working days.Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
International taxes and duties
All shipping fees and delivery times for trade and international orders are quoted after the order to insure best rates and safe delivery.
Never received my order?
We have automated tracking, but if there any problems with your deliveries or damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact us immediately at sales@designteamfabrics.co.za.
